The hotel was nice, clean, and new. There was a toddler running back and forth in the room above ours, but it was quiet by 11 PM. Good staff. It was difficult to get out of the parking lot to make a left turn onto the busy street. I’d stay here again. No coffee in the lobby. Don’t expect to be able to check in early. There was a mix-up with our room, but we were given a discount. The hotel staff was nice and kept apologizing for the mistake.

Good location to explore Biltmore sites. Book it. Clean, comfortable room. The bed was perfect, but the dresser space was limited and the microwave was just inches off the floor. Our room had a shower but no bathtub; the shower didn’t have a chair or hand-held showerhead. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There was a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse right down the street, as well as other dining options. The hotel lobby was spacious, and the room was a generous size.

The entire staff was attentive and friendly. Book a king room facing the green hillside. The hotel room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff was hospitable. Excellent food service in the lobby. I enjoyed my stay. No free breakfast, though. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, and the entire staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. Absolutely stay here. All the employees were helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Plenty of hot water and water pressure for showers except for the last morning of our stay. The front desk clerk was accommodating. I mentioned that it was our anniversary, and we returned to complimentary wine and chocolate-covered strawberries.

The warm cookies were a nice touch. Stay here. No heat in the 1st room, so I had to change rooms. No grab bars in the shower; I fell, and the staff showed little concern. The manager was excellent. Good coffee bar and TV room. We’d stay here again. The staff was courteous. I had a great time. The motel was conveniently located. No hot breakfast because of Covid; just coffee, muffin, breakfast bar and bottled water. The motel was clean, though there was some mold on the shower ceiling. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. My friend stayed in the car while I stayed in the room. I informed the staff, but wasn’t happy that they provided him a room key without getting his ID or checking with me.

The people in the room above ours stomped around all night, so we had to keep the TV on all night to block out the sound. The pool was empty, and there was no whirlpool available. The hot breakfast buffet was only available on weekends.

Don’t stay here. The room was a little stuffy, and nothing happened when we pushed the fan button on the AC. It was old, and the room was smaller and not as nice as other Springhill Suites I’ve stayed in. The bedding felt old, and the amenities were poor. Not a good value. I wouldn’t stay again. The employees were friendly. You’ll enjoy your stay.

The hotel was convenient to the VA hospital. Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice enclosed pool and whirlpool with a view of the outdoor seating area and fire pit. I’ll be back. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Not suitable for people wanting peace and quiet. Convenient to good restaurants. We loved the architecture and the cutting-edge features of the room and lobby.

The hotel staff was friendly and non-patronizing. The garage only had a 7-foot clearance, so we had to remove the racks from our commercial van to enter.

The hotel wasn’t cheap, but we got a lot for the price. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed. We were at the end of the hallway and heard no noise other than plumbing noise from the room upstairs. The view was spectacular. Nice exercise room with filtered cold water.

The lobby and 1st floor were being renovated during our stay, but it caused no difficulties. Breakfast was good and convenient, and it was nice to have a glass of wine in the evening.

Dont think there is ever an off season there! Biltmore estate is outrageously priced. Lodging is sky high. If you’re going, buy the house tour ticket that comes with access to the grounds. We’ve been on the house tour several times so on this trip we just wanted to visit the winery and surrounding shops.
