What would be your can’t miss spots? We are staying at the Foundry downtown for 4 nights and only. Atmosphere and food would be our favorite traits are we’re pretty big foodies.

Only resi so far is Curate. I love Limones and it is just around the corner from The Foundry. Curate is a good start. Jargon and Bouchon have not been mentioned yet and are both very good. You got good recommendations above. I would add The Admiral in West Asheville. I hesitate to post, since our experience has been limited. But here goes Homegrown was a gem for superb kicked-up local food – tho not for ambiance.
