Kobori Manzairaku Kaga Umeshu 720ml

Kaga is the name given to the kingdom of Ishikawa Prefecture during the Edo era (1603-1867). The Umeshu made from Benisashi ume is considered to be a high quality ume liqueur and is produced in the district of Hokuriku.

The name Benisashi comes from the red color of a ripened plum. The large amount of amino acids gives Benisashi plums their rich umami flavor and smooth finish.
