There is enough space etc. The tool that comes with the upgrade app says it is all good. I have installed all the windows updates till date. Has happened 4 times to me. There is no error code etc. I have disabled Microsoft security essentials but not uninstalled it. I also have Sophos running on my machine and I don’t see how I can disable it. Can anyone tell me what I should check, how to find the error code and next steps?
