The hallways are fine, but definitely could use some love and care. The rooms are so outdated, and Care given to the upkeep of their fixtures is ridiculous for the style of hotel they present themselves to be. Next time I will spend a few extra bucks and go to the Brown Palace. Botanical garden. Show 4 more. Denver Botanic Gardens on York Street is a acre oasis just a few minutes from downtown.

Any part of the gardens would be a fine destination for a romantic stroll, but Denver Botanic Gardens has three gardens that together are called the Romantic Gardens, making them especially appealing to couples.

Cute gift shop and a few different spots for a coffee or a bite to eat. Very nice to walk through and enjoy the many different garden, plants and flowers. Beautiful place! We came in early spring so there were not too many blooms. The tropical plants were amazing. The science pyramid was good for kids. The landscaping is beautiful. I especially enjoyed the moongates and their description. It was very picturesque even without everything in bloom. I absolutely love Denver Botanic Gardens!

The architecture in the park combined with the different plants and flowers is stunning. It is one of my favorite places to photograph in Denver. Amazing hotel, loved our stay so much we stayed an extra night! All the basics you expect clean, friendly staff, good service, etc.

Lots of outlets, nice room layout, great views of Denver, comfy seating, nice beds, the list goes on. A space I actually felt really comfortable to be in and not just a place to sleep.

But the KEY is really the bar, food, and staff. Wonderful experience! Rooms are so fun, the lobby is so chic, and the cocktail menu is incredible. Nicest front desk staff and just wonderful ambiance.

The bar cart upstairs was super legit and the glam station is too cute. Really loved the chesterfields, chandeliers, dark teals and bright windows. Super accommodating and beautiful. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and it was such a treat. The room is unbelievably beautiful with so many thoughtful details.

The concierges were helpful and welcoming and wrote down things for us to do when walking around the area. Reading through the reviews for the ramble kills me because although most are glowing, some are negative reviews for Death and Co. Anyways, rant over: this place is absolutely top notch, and we loved our stay and will come back for sure. This four-star urban retreat is perfect for a romantic break set deep in the heart of Mile High city.

Bedrooms at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver are cozy and modern, with some offering awesome romantic views out across the Rockies, while the communal areas are rich with local artwork and contemporary interiors with earth-toned accents.

The thing about global hotel chains is that they apply the same set of standards everywhere. Better yet, Four Seasons Hotel Denver is one of the most romantic hotels in Denver with a full-service spa and wellness center. I could say nothing bad about this hotel. The service is excellent and compares to no other.

The staff is friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. The meeting space is elegant and the food quality during the meetings was the best that I can remember having. I experienced a medical issue while staying here and all of the staff showed compassion and empathy for my situation. The beds were comfy and room was spacious with a great view of Downtown Denver. What an exquisite experience. The last time I visited we got a suite on one of the upper floors.

The view was incredible, especially at night time with the windows open. It was breathtaking. The bedroom and bathroom looked wonderful. The bed was luxuriously comfortable. Definitely will try to book another time.

We stopped here before the theater for a quick dinner. We were advised to order appetizers and drinks for quick service. After getting menus ourselves, and having to stop a waiter to get water, we placed our order from the limited appetizers that were not sold out.

When our order should have come, the waitress told us they no longer had what we ordered and the only thing left was french fries. From the sky-scraping 27th floor of the towering Hyatt Regency Denver, you can pop the cork or the question while beholding heart-palpitating panoramas from Peaks Lounge, a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling-windowed bar showcasing memorable vistas of the Rocky Mountains and brightly lit city skyline.

Furnished with plush, oversized sofas and chairs and illuminated by the flame of a blazing fireplace, it’s a place that invites lingering, even if the altitude-high drink prices might cost you more than an engagement ring. But, oh, those views! This modern lounge sits on the 27th floor of the Hyatt surrounded by scenic views. If you want to have a unique experience together with your partner, you can go to Peaks Lounge.

This is a lounge bar that you can find on the 27th floor of the Hyatt Regency Denver. From here, you can get a beautiful panoramic view of the city. This is a great spot for drinks and light food at or near the top of the Hyatt Regency in Denver. The views are amazing as well! The space is cozy and the view is great. Our server was attentive and helpful, and the cocktails were on par with pricing. However, the food wasn’t as good as we hoped – high price for small plates, and the pork belly in the steamed bao was tough and hard to eat.

Super chill spot too have a drink and a little appetizer before heading out. Amazing view of the city and the mountains. Very comfortable seating. All travel reservations in 1 place Never dig through your emails again — access all your flights, lodging, and any reservations in 1 place. Stylish and decidedly romantic, The Cooper Lounge is a sophisticated retreat set high above the more frenetic activity of the Great Hall in Denver’s Union Station.

Here couples can enjoy high-end cocktails, an extensive wine list, beer and chef-created bites in a cozy space that, like Union Station itself, evokes all the romance of the long-ago Golden Age of train travel—, especially late in the evening when daylight has faded and the lounge takes on its most intimate ambiance.

Love to spice up the weekend with a pre-brunch cocktail? Cooper Lounge offers an intimate and setting perfect for any date. Solid and inspired craft cocktail bar in a unique venue! Worth going and service was solid, with a well curated cocktail list and decently stocked bar.

Worth a visit after dinner! A few things for management: menus are Olive Garden sized and should be small, elegant and easy to peruse without knocking over another drink.

Figure out a better way to keep it exclusive feeling. Amazing view and a lot of history in this space. Mentioned on 2 lists.

The Crimson Room is downtown’s sweet spot for a romantic rendezvous with someone you love— or maybe just want to flirt with. It’s romantic at any time of year, but perhaps even more so in the heart’s special season, February. Come here to sip Champagne cocktails, classic cocktails or a variety of wines and sparkling wines before or after dinner or the theater. The menu is made up of locally sourced desserts and flavorful bites that compliment their cocktail list.

The live jazz piano and acoustic guitar played regularly at the]is hotspot is sure to have your honey swooning. We really loved our experience here. Fair warning, don’t expect to get in without a reservation.

You go down the stairs to a very intimate and dark loungie experience. Red circular booths surround the venue with a bar and a live jazz band. Their menu is limited however the Highlight is the drinks. We had a couple of desserts and ordered the charcuterie board which were great. Also the service was phenomenal and the bartender even came out to introduce the drinks and chit chat with us for a bit. Really chill vibes here! Live jazz music and low lighting really add to the lovely atmosphere.

This place is a great end of the night locations to hang with friends! Drinks are a little above average price and the mixed nuts are really good! Great atmosphere and music, we went Saturday at pm received choice seating. Dessert and drinks were ‘good’. Would bring guests here. Service was not impressive.

This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you choose this place you for sure will love it I’m sure! It has been a great experience so far. The lobby is beautiful, filled with Christmas decorations and Christmas trees.

The gym is an awesome experience. The rooms are nice and spacious. I have not experienced the pool as yet because it is winter but I hope to come back in the summer time.

Great spot for a long weekend! The rooms were spacious and the rooftop pool has an amazing view. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Only complaint is the room we were in had multiple stains on the carpet and the carpet was pretty old. My room was big and clean. The rooftop is awesome with a nice pool and great views. I got coffee in the lobby and took that to the rooftop to drink. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price is definitely okay, considering the size of the rooms. I would stay here again.

Mediterranean restaurant. One of the best places where you can have dinner with your partner is El Five. Having dinner here is one of the most romantic things to do in Denver. That’s because you can find El Five at a very high spot in the city. Many of the most romantic restaurants in the world are the ones with the best views. For an unforgettable view, head to El Five, a restaurant high above the LoHi neighborhood in Wonderful experience all around!

Visited from New York for the weekend and this was one of the places a friend recommended. Easy to book online, the atmosphere was very modern while remaining intimate. The food was delicious and came out very quickly. Rudy our server was awesome and elevated the entire experience. The rest of the staff was very knowledgeable of the dishes they brought us and extremely helpful.

This is one of the best restaurants I have been to so far in Denver. The food was well balanced and delicious overall. The vibe was decent and the outdoor seating was great for views of downtown. Highly recommend for a date night or a gathering with close acquaintances! We came here because we heard the views were great but stayed for their huge variety of tapas.

The Goat Cheese Croquettas are to die for Visiting Denver or even if you live her, this place is a must try! We will definitely be back to try all the other tapas we didn’t get to taste. Possible one of the most sophisticated and romantic parts of town, The Jacquard Hotel is nestled nicely among the independent boutiques, galleries, and restaurants of Cherry Creek. Enjoy a dreamy break away in this comfortable yet contemporary hotel that focuses on offering a warm romantic welcome to lover looking to explore Denver.

Bedrooms are packed full of charm and are the perfect place to rest your head after exploring the nighttime drama of this glamorous city. Surrounded by high-end shops, The Jacquard weaves together a location in the most walkable neighborhood of the city. We particularly love the stylish room setting, extended to each posh marble bathroom.

Then when I entered I was blown away by the sophisticated decor and design for the entire place. The art, the flooring, the gorgeous mural painted on the 20 foot ceiling in our room! Whoever designed this place, kudos to you.

The staff were exceptional to me and my family. I don’t think I’ve ever met such a pleasant staff. My only complaint is that I’m terrified on automatic rotating doors hahaha. Thank you for a wonderful stay! One of the most comfortable beds ever. I slept so well. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We decided to go outside of our normal choice for our anniversary and this hotel was recommended from a friend. We loved it! From the location to the hospitality to the room itself everything was great-Comfy beds and pillows, cozy robes, and beautiful view.

Try the extensive charcuterie platter, with hand-selected local meats, or tuck into the Mediterranean crusted salmon with creamy asparagus risotto. This place is the best rated in this area. If you choose this place you won’t be let down. Best place I would rate it 6 stars if possible!

Extraordinary staff, best ever. We chose Hotel Teatro for our wedding site and it was such a magical time! The reason our day was perfect was because of the hard work of the entire staff Belle was amazing. It was so perfect and the rooms were so beautiful, and the food! Thank you thank you Hotel Teatro. My wife and I stayed here in November of last year for our 1-year anniversary.

It was an idyllic stay and one we still speak of weekly, if not daily. We stayed in the Junior Suite, which came with a luxurious bed, two bathrooms one with an enormous and beautiful sinking tub and a living area. We would recommend Hotel Teatro to anyone. I now have a new favorite home away from home in Denver! We stayed at the end of Feb for a bachelorette event and I booked the Junior Suite which is a king room with another smaller room with a sofa bed and extra bathroom attached.

The king room was glorious with a large tub and in the other room the sofa bed was surprisingly very comfortable and they offered to make it up for us before we arrived which was so helpful! We had dinner at the Nickel and the service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Every single employee goes above and beyond.

I was so impressed. I loved our stay so much I booked a room for the following weekend as well and we had another amazing stay. We had breakfast at the nickel and it was just as amazing as I had heard.

From the food, to the warm lighting, to the bathroom seriously, make sure you check it out – everything was on point and beyond anything I could imagine.

The service was wonderful, atmosphere exceptional, super classy and cute location. So yeah my score is low but for good reason. Eating the food was a challenge. I had the pork belly and vegetables.

The vegetables and the crusted layers of the pork belly were difficult to cut. To make it clear they gave me a fancy golden serrated knife too so it shouldn’t have even been a problem. To the dishes credit it had a nice flavor. My girlfriend on the other hand had a salmon dish and said it didn’t have much flavor and she felt that it had the taste of cat food. Next on the chopping block were the drinks. We ordered their specialty drinks but it was as if they were trying too hard to make something new.

We did not enjoy them. The drinks had weird after taste and such but you know what it was probably one of those things you had to get used to then you love. Now don’t get me wrong it was not a total wash. The decor was amazing. Someone put their heart and imagination into that place for sure. Our waitress was very nice as well as attentive.

The bone marrow which I never had before was delicious even though you got very little for the price. But we all know how high end fancy places are. Also food presentation was great. Check the photos All in all a great place if you wanted to go for some perhaps simple drinks with a date or friends looking to be surrounded great interior design. Great food and amazing decor. Probably the best ambience in Denver. The bathroom is ridiculously cool. It is hidden in the wooden walls behind the sink.

Pull the right chord to start the water flow for the “sink” and then pull the left to stop it. This place is kind of a hidden gem, not too many people know about it but we always have a great experience. Cabaret club. Show 5 more. The sexy showroom dazzles with its clusters of chenille-draped tables illuminated by whimsical antique chandeliers dangling cowboy boots and clocks.

Everyone from piano bar crooners and vocal impressionists to vaudeville comedians and jazzy national acts grace the glittering stage. The show was entertaining and we were glad that even with our original later show being canceled that we could get moved up to the 7pm.

It ended up working out great. We came here for my birthday and everyone sang to me! Soo cool.

A visit to Colorado without indulging in some fun activities is in vain. That is why the Clocktower Cabaret is a here to give you a fun-filled live entertainment and shows. The show was entertaining and we were glad that even with our original later show being canceled that we could get moved up to the 7pm. It ended up working out great. We came here for my birthday and everyone sang to me! Soo cool.

The themed drink for the show was very good, and the food was decent too. We went for the valentine’s day show. It was a fun show and there were good drinks.

The food offered is only appetizers, nothing too substantial, but with a 90 minute show that’s understandable. We will be coming back. I attended a Halloween-themed burlesque show here and it was wonderful. I loved the decor and layout of the venue. The service was great. Such a warm, intimate vibe–perfect for a cabaret. I’d love to return! Collaborate with friends in real time Plan along with your friends with live syncing and collaborative editing.

New American restaurant. Yes, the Plimoth has serious cooking chops, but it feels like a neighborhood hangout—a place where you can both impress your date and be totally yourself. The Plimoth in Denver is one of the best romantic restaurants in town because they are tiny, intimate, and totally trendy. The rustic atmosphere at the Plimoth will make couples fe Top notch neighborhood spot.

What I really loved about this place was how the dishes that our server Michael helped us select was so perfectly balanced. Dishes change constantly due to season so by the time you might read this their menu has probably changed. However I assure you this is a must! The chefs take into consideration every ingredient works together and it was such a treat to eat. Atmosphere was great and the service wonderful. So glad we are so close to such an amazing eatery and experience.

Management here should not be in hospitality. Upon arriving on time for our reservation on Sat Apr 30 at pm, our table was not ready which was fine, but we were not permitted to stand inside to wait. She said we could order a drink while we waited outside, brought us menus but would not hand them to us until we moved to the spot she ordered us to stand and no one ever came to get an order. After being seated we made the best of our evening and had a nice dinner, enjoyed our waiter and things were very pleasant.

None of us complained or made any issue. After settling our check, one of our party decided to explain our poor experience to the manager so they could be aware and try to avoid in the future. Tim, the manager, was very unfriendly and said he already knew about our situation.

We asked why he never came over to check on us or try to smooth things over, and he replied “because the hostess had already filled him in”. We were treated as a nuisance and an annoyance, and totally disregarded as guests there to support their business.

Tim never apologized or tried to make us feel better or valued as patrons. In fact, he then walked to the bar side and threw up his hands up and complain about us to the staff. From the moment we enter to the moment we walked out the hospitality was top notch, a 10 out of 10, hands down.

I gladly admit that the entrees we were served were top, if not leading, cuisine in my book. Food was overwhelming with flavor, filling and simply all around pleasing.

If you and your partner like baseball, you can go to a baseball game at Coors Field. Coors Field is a baseball park where you can see the Colorado Rockies.

This is a Major League Baseball team. Got tickets to go to the Rockies vs the Reds They actually compete with some of the local bars for food and beer prices.. An okay stadium. There’s only one large screen for the stadium, so if you’re sitting up top, forget about knowing what’s going on, or seeing a replay, up close. Getting in wasn’t too bad of a wait. The stadium was constructed in such a way that the majority of the stadium is in the sun while only the area near third base is in the shade — PRO TIP: get tickets on the third base side if you want to be in the shade!!!

Louis Cardinals. This was only my second time here but I really love this ballpark. It is extremely well done and comes off as classic without being gimmicky. The game day staff were extremely nice and helped assist us with questions. A fan behind us brought a towel to dry off his seat from an earlier rain shower and he let us use it as well. Even though we were dressed out for the Cardinals we had fun interactions with Rockies fans and everyone seemed happy to be at the ballpark.

We sat in the lower part of the upper deck behind home plate and I thought they were great seats. The seats along the first base line receive quite a bit of evening sun but they also have views of the mountains. You can also bring in unopened non-alcoholic drinks which I would highly recommend. We caught a street vendor outside but there is also a 7-Eleven store on Blake street towards downtown nearby. We walked up and down the 16th street pedestrian mall before and after the game to our downtown hotel.

There are homeless people but we never felt unsafe despite the late hour. Coors Field is a great baseball stadium and a must see for anyone visiting Denver. Mentioned on 1 list. Performing arts theater. Visit the largest tenant of the Performing Arts Complex in Denver which features fabulous facilities, acting instructions, backstage tours, a professional theater, and Broadway shows.

Explore the vast sections of this entertainment hub, containing 10 performance spaces with over 10, seat capacity. We saw Hamilton, which was amazing! We’ve seen many show here before and it is always a great experience.

We did the pre-check for COVID, showing our vax cards and getting a hand stamp, then went to have dinner. We came back a half hour before show time and went through the pre-check door with no wait. Masks are still required as of March We were in row YY in the back, but because it was elevated, we had an unobstructed view.

This center area is very nicely decorated for holidays. Street parking is free Sundays and Holidays. From the Grande Goodsell Institute of the Arts and Humanities, we would like to extend our warmest thanks to the most wonderful Jen in the box office for her kindness and help in sending love and cookies to the Cast and Crew and everyone involved with the musical Rattlesnake Kate! She helped make the night extremely special and we are incredibly grateful!

If we could give 10, stars, we would! One of the most romantic things to do in Denver is going to the Denver Art Museum. This is an art museum that holds a very diverse collection of items. This includes items from all over the world and all periods in time. Well done museum with great colors and lighting. All the little rooms and hallways, passageways give intimacy to the art provided.

It makes me feel like I could enjoy without a lot of people around. Good selection of exhibits, bathrooms are always close. Tip: Take the elevator to the top, work your way down. The map isn’t a good guide and it seemingly leaves out a lot of the museum. Pretty good overall. I was impressed with the variety of artwork and pleasantly surprised. I think it’s a disservice to the Indigenous Arts of North America exhibit and artists that recorded video and audio to accompany their pieces with the museum’s poor placement of being next to the hallway where every visitor talks loudly in groups and passing by.

What a great museum! Awesome exhibitions. They were also having a printmaking event where you could watch and talk to artists making prints using different methods.

Would definitely come back for a second look. Amusement park. You find here roller coasters, a Ferris wheel, and many more attractions. These attractions are fun to ride and to experience with your partner.

We really enjoyed this experience. Our kids are 11 and 13 and loved it. The lights were beautiful! Riding rides in the cold is definitely a different experience dress warm!

There are so many great places to take pictures. The Santa line wasn’t terribly long. We didn’t do it because our kids “are too big for that” but the display around Santa was beautiful and I imagine it makes for some great pics.

We went on a Friday at 6 and it wasn’t as overcrowded as I expected after reading other reviews. We would definitely do this again next year! Despite the cold, the new Luminova lights displays and rides was an excellent family time.

Best part was getting on rides as soon as the one running finished unlike the summer crowds. Definitely hope this returns next year and can make it part of our annual holiday plans.
