We found the closest one on Hendersonville and proceeded inside. We ordered our drinks and breakfast sandwiches and in less than 3 minutes one of the many staffers called out my name and walked first our drinks and then a couple minutes later our food over to our table.

A first for me at s DD!! The restaurant had someone sweeping up and at least four or five others handling the busy morning shift. All happy and friendly. Neither of the other two we later visited in Asheville compared. If you crave a DD cup of coffee, iced tea, breakfast sandwich or donut head to Hendersonville Road in Asheville. The place is always clean and of course they have Donuts, eats and drinks. Never too crowded and a smile too.

We were enroute to do some shopping in late a. We were so happy to find they have more than a half dozen breakfast sandwiches. They also offer a very interesting variety of beverages, both hot and cold. But of course, in addition to getting our breakfast sandwiches, we just HAD to each get one of our favorite donuts.

Donuts are not fresh and have very little filling in the jelly donuts. The donuts seem to have been made the day before. You know what you get when you head to Dunkin Donuts but this location has fantastic service. Two thumbs up! What a waste of time. However you can not redeem your “Breakfast” wrap until after AM. They ought to call it the “Lunch” wrap. The staff is always friendly. Coffee is always fresh and hot. Getting in and out is tricky due to traffic.

Had a friend with us who just has to have DD coffee and donuts. Very rainy day, but floor kept dry by staff. Above average cleanliness and coffee and donuts were fresh. One of the better ones we have been in.

Hubby and I stopped here to get our morning Dunkin’ fix. We were immediately served by a very friendly cashier and our coffee made. The store is small but has the essentials. It was very clean and if we are in this neck of the Been here several times during our vacation in Asheville.

Trevor is a sweetheart and always is so polite and kind. Love the flavors we don’t get back in Maryland of donuts like chocolate coconut and glazed jelly. Our family used to live in the “boonies” and hitting up a DD was always a bonus. Now, we’ve moved and are just a couple of miles away from one! The people who work there are very kind and patient when my kiddos take forever I like the “cake style” donuts and their coffee is our favorite.

I stopped here to get a coffee drink in the afternoon before going to work. I wanted a little pick me up since I got up early for an appointment in Asheville.

I used the drive thru though I prefer going inside to order because The girl who took my ordered sounded like she was bothered by having to take my order. The girl at the window was friendly and took my money and got my order to me quickly. My frozen coffee tasted good and was refreshing. It was a cold, dark, sleety Sunday morning. No one should have been on out the glazed roads. I work at a health care facility so I had to get in.

DD lights were on! After safely navigating into the plowed parking lot I went After selecting a dozen assorted warm donuts for my crew at work, I ordered a medium hot tea for me. The young lady made me a piping hot cup with not one, but TWO, tea bags. What a woman! I think the skies cleared just a bit at that point. I’ve been a lover of Dunkin my entire life.

This location, however, is less than stellar. They always taste as if I I’ve seen others complain about this also, and they have gotten the response, “Come in earlier”?

That is unacceptable, you are a business that sells a product, that product should be good and fresh for the consumer. No matter what time they show up. If they could just figure out a way to make their donuts fresh and pair that with their friendly employees, they would have LOTS of happy customers.
