The hotel was clean and had everything I needed. The staff was polite and responsive. Good location to explore Biltmore sites. Book it. All the employees were helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Plenty of hot water and water pressure for showers except for the last morning of our stay.

The front desk clerk was accommodating. I mentioned that it was our anniversary, and we returned to complimentary wine and chocolate-covered strawberries. The warm cookies were a nice touch. Good place to stay. The mattress was quite firm. The TV remote control didn’t work, but within 5 minutes of calling the front desk about it, a new one was brought to the room.

Parking was limited. The TV remote control was terrible. The motel didn’t have an elevator. I had a pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable. Good breakfast. This is a nice choice. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and convenient.

Nice hotel stay. I liked the room, but it was cold and didn’t have any extra pillows. The bathtub was too high and hard to get into for older people. The manager was excellent. Good coffee bar and TV room. We’d stay here again. The staff was courteous. I had a great time. The motel was conveniently located. No hot breakfast because of Covid; just coffee, muffin, breakfast bar and bottled water.

The motel was clean, though there was some mold on the shower ceiling. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. My friend stayed in the car while I stayed in the room.

I informed the staff, but wasn’t happy that they provided him a room key without getting his ID or checking with me. They even put balloons in the room for my husband’s 40th birthday. It was affordable and clean, and there were convenient parking spaces right outside the door. The night clerk was kind enough to bring a cup of milk to our room. Breakfast was good and hot. I highly recommend staying here. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was good. Clean hotel with comfortable beds.

The rates were a bit high, but it was worth it. Good breakfast bar. The room was clean, and the staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Just a mile from restaurants and less than 4 miles from Biltmore Estate. The room wasn’t large, but it was laid out well. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooftop pool would be great in summer, and the lobby bar was a lot of fun.

The pool table was a nice touch. This was the most pet-friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed in; there were dogs everywhere. This was our 2nd stay here, and we had another good experience. The staff was highly attentive. If you’re looking for a quiet Asheville experience, this hotel may not be for you. Amazing hotel with lots of activity and excellent personnel. It was quite pet-friendly and had great amenities. I loved the open space in the lobby. Not suitable for people wanting peace and quiet.

Convenient to good restaurants. We loved the architecture and the cutting-edge features of the room and lobby. The hotel staff was friendly and non-patronizing.

The garage only had a 7-foot clearance, so we had to remove the racks from our commercial van to enter. The hotel was convenient to the VA hospital. Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice enclosed pool and whirlpool with a view of the outdoor seating area and fire pit.

I’ll be back. Staff was courteous and friendly. The people in the room above ours stomped around all night, so we had to keep the TV on all night to block out the sound. The pool was empty, and there was no whirlpool available. The hot breakfast buffet was only available on weekends. Don’t stay here. The room was a little stuffy, and nothing happened when we pushed the fan button on the AC. It was old, and the room was smaller and not as nice as other Springhill Suites I’ve stayed in.

The bedding felt old, and the amenities were poor. Not a good value. I wouldn’t stay again. The employees were friendly. You’ll enjoy your stay. I was happy with my stay. Don’t expect anything fancy. The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was wonderful.

Bring plenty of money. The hotel staff was friendly, and the restaurant was great. You’ll be pleased if you stay here. The hotel wasn’t cheap, but we got a lot for the price. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed. We were at the end of the hallway and heard no noise other than plumbing noise from the room upstairs. The view was spectacular. Nice exercise room with filtered cold water. There are also many Biltmore lodging options just outside of the estate.
