I use both Outlook and and tried all these options on both. It appears like a failed login issue but I know the credentials are correct because they work when logging into Web mail. If I send a test using one of my other working accounts to my charter mail it is received on the web mail but not in outlook. This is the one account that was created in outlook using IMAP but had login errors. I saw something on this in my searches.
